OUR SERVICES

RESPITE CARE

"Under the Willow Tree"

Limited to 4 hours of service a week. This service is provided to seniors who are 60 years or older. The caregiver is provided a temporary rest and time to shop or run needed errands.

APPLICATION

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Those 60 years of age or older who are mobile can utilize this service. The approved destination are to all medical doctor office appointments, laboratories for test, pay bills, grocery shopping, and pharmacies drop off and pickups. Only those persons who have no other means of transportation are eligible for this program.

MEAL PROGRAM

we deliver 5 days of frozen nutritional meals for clients’ that are homebound, the participants have to be 60 years or older are unable to leave home due to some reason such as an illness, injury or disability and their ability is restricted or limited.

APPLICATION

CHORE PROGRAM

We provide light housekeeping for seniors who are 60 years or older. The Specialist will mop, sweep, change light bulbs, spray for bugs, clean refrigerators, spray for wasp, and ect.
